I am absolutely disgusted with the experience I’ve had with SpyX. The customer support is not only unresponsive but shockingly unhelpful. For a product that claims to offer advanced wireless phone tracking, I expected at least a basic level of professionalism and support—what I got instead was silence, false promises, and complete disregard for the consumer.
I’ve spent hours trying to get this product to work, and despite following every instruction and reaching out multiple times, I received no meaningful assistance. For a company that targets vulnerable users seeking security or accountability, it’s appalling how little care or respect you show toward your customers—especially those on limited income who trusted your product to work as advertised.
This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I would not recommend SpyX to anyone.
